Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://salinasservicesga.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Salinas Services markets and arranges Handyman Services, Drywall Installation, Drywall Repair, Floor Installation, Tile Installation, Interior Painting, Exterior Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Ownership. Salinas Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. Salinas Services makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Salinas Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Salinas Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. Salinas Services may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
